IS architecture undertook sketch re-design, design development, documentation, tendering and contract administration of the Koonwarra Village School’s Capital works program in 2015/16. This involved close collaboration with the client to make a fun, responsive and child friendly environment.

 

This project required careful planning, a strong relationship with the builder and collaboration with the client and trades involved. IS architecture regularly reported back to independent grant funding body regarding progress and project deliverables which gave confidence to them and the client that the project was on track in all aspects.

     

IS architecture is experienced with the regulatory environment to navigate a project through the approvals and grant funding process to a successful outcome.
